Turning possibilities into reality

IMPACT TEAMS
A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR DE&I ADVANCEMENT
We stand together, we learn together, and we commit together. Through a broad range of thoughtful practices, programs and initiatives, our Impact Teams are driving change while holding us accountable. The Impact Teams are responsible for initiating actions that align with our DE&I and business strategies and integrating diversity, equity and inclusion into everything we do. DRIVING CHANGE TOGETHER
At DICK’S, our people aren’t sitting on the bench. They’re in the game and being the change they want to see happen. They’re furthering initiatives and driving our efforts to bring about genuine advancements in diversity, equity and inclusion.
Diversity, equity & Inclusion council
Guiding our organization’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion journey, this is a cross-functional team ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders. They’re focused on shaping our strategy, driving our work forward and acting as the voice of our teammates.
Courtside Team
Our Courtside Team offers all teammates an opportunity to personally get involved with our inclusion journey by bringing our DE&I strategy to life. This includes anything from leading Dialogue Circles with fellow teammates to identifying local partnerships or giving opportunities that align with our DE&I strategy.
Dialogue Circles
Whether conducted virtually or locally, Dialogue Circles provide our teammates with a safe space for hard conversations on race, gender, religion and more. Each circle enables teammates to connect across differences, lean in and move forward in their DE&I journey at their own pace.
TEAMMATE RESOURCE GROUPS
Through our Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs), DICK’S employees can unite their shared experiences and unique perspectives in pursuit of common goals. Learn more about the important efforts of these groups:
Belong. Educate. Evolve. (B.E.E.)
B.E.E. was formed to help DICK’S Sporting Goods understand, support, and embrace teammates with different abilities and to help erase the stigma of being different. B.E.E. creates a belonging network for all groups under the disability umbrella where we empower and support their dreams and careers ─ regardless of their disability. This includes individuals with vision, hearing, neurodiversity, physical health, mental health, mobility, and learning disabilities
